Moving Beyond a Slow and Outdated Digital Experience
The previous website struggled with performance, usability, and an uninspiring design experience. For prospective and existing students, finding relevant information was not as intuitive as it needed to be. At the same time, the university’s management required greater control over the platform without constantly depending on developers for updates and changes. The challenge was to improve both the customer-facing experience and the operational flexibility behind it.

Redesigning the Website Around Students and Simplicity
We developed an entirely new website with a contemporary design system and a significantly improved UX structure. Information architecture and navigation were reconsidered to make the student journey clearer, faster, and more intuitive across devices. The visual experience was refreshed to create a more engaging representation of the university, while usability remained at the centre of every design decision. By building the platform on Wix, we also gave the university’s management team the ability to independently manage, update, and expand the website—creating a scalable digital ecosystem without unnecessary technical dependence.
