SUDS expanded its journey from handcrafted personal care into a contemporary skincare range featuring sunscreens, serums, and everyday essentials. Designed for a new generation of conscious consumers, the range sought to balance efficacy with aesthetics, creating products that felt as good on a vanity shelf as they did on the skin. ONEDESIGN developed the packaging system for the range, crafting a visual identity that embraced minimalism, modernity, and shelf appeal through vibrant gradients, frosted bottles, and a clean design language.

Breaking Through the Visual Clutter of Modern Skincare

The skincare category is increasingly crowded with brands competing through clinical claims, ingredient-heavy communication, and similar visual aesthetics. SUDS needed a packaging system that could immediately stand apart while communicating quality, sophistication, and trust. The challenge was to create a premium visual presence that felt modern and aspirational without becoming overly clinical or intimidating.

Elevating Minimalism Through Color, Texture, and Form

We approached the packaging with a philosophy of restraint, allowing simplicity to become the strongest differentiator. The monocartons were designed using clean layouts and generous negative space, brought to life through vibrant gradients that created instant visual recognition across the product portfolio. Each SKU was assigned its own color expression while maintaining a cohesive family identity throughout the range. Frosted bottles were selected to reinforce a premium and contemporary aesthetic, adding a tactile sense of quality and refinement. Typography was kept precise and minimal, ensuring information remained easy to navigate while allowing the visual system to take center stage. Together, these elements created a skincare range that felt modern, elevated, and highly desirable both online and on retail shelves.
