We went fully remote starting 2022
Starting in 2022, we switched to a totally remote working approach. Although it wasn't simple, we came up with a solution that would enable us to expand infinitely and reduce our dependence to 60% while keeping us linked. We are among the very first to transition into a product model, thus it is reasonable to state that we have done so.
Why put boundaries and walls to creators and creativity? We believe in work from home or a beach, or maybe a resort...
WORK FROM ANYWHERE, QUITE LITERALLY
We provide for the opportunity to work with us from anywhere and everywhere around the world. As long as you're delivering and delivering good, we're good.
NO FULL TIME COMMITMENT, OR ENGAGEMENT
We will never ask you for a full-time commitment or contracts. You can be working a day job somewhere and also working with us, as long as you're able to manage it.
ADVANCE PAYOUTS
We provide you with advance payouts before you start to work so that you are motivated and you are also earning on the move, unlike a salary that comes at the end.
