The Strategy
A Modern Take on Deep Indian Aesthetics
Our design approach for INDUS ROOTS centered on blending modern functionality with traditional Indian aesthetics. We created an illustrated character that serves as the face of the brand, embodying both the warmth and wisdom of Indian wellness. The packaging design was brought to life with backdrops inspired by iconic Indian cities, combined with color schemes that shift based on the time of day—morning energy, midday focus, and evening rest. This visual storytelling helped root the brand in tradition while making it feel fresh and contemporary.
